Hello!

My name is Iris, and my thing in life is nutrition.

Passionate about the powers of food since adolescence, I wanted to improve my health by testing every possible diet.

Raw foodism, paleo, vegetarianism, intermittent fasting, gluten-free... I searched tirelessly for the one that would suit me.

I had been depressed for many years, anxious, insomniac, and I also had a serious eating disorder, including daily vomiting. In short, I was suffering terribly.

I had tried everything to get out of my problems. I had seen doctors, psychiatrists, nutritionists... without success.

I no longer believed I could recover from my mental health issues until, in 2018, I came across the ketogenic diet, whose merits some American doctors were praising, even the miracles it had achieved in many of their patients.

Their names? Doctors and psychiatrists Georgie Ede and Chris Palmer, both of whom work at Harvard University.

Depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, epilepsy... The effects of the ketogenic diet seemed beneficial for a large number of mental and neurological illnesses! After testing it on myself, and in the space of just four weeks, I was no longer the same person at all, or rather, I was FINALLY myself. I was now able to concentrate for several hours on a task or reading, I spontaneously wanted to exercise, my emotional fragility had disappeared, and I felt 100% present, happy for no reason and grateful to be alive.

At that time, I believed that the ketogenic diet was only beneficial for mental and/or neurological disorders until, through my research, I had the opportunity to discover that most metabolic diseases could also be stabilized or even regressed... by eating fat!

Even today, I am amazed at how this diet can literally transform lives, no matter what issue drives people to give it a try.

With ketogenics, I decided to accompany you in this rebirth .
